One Spine At A Time was established in 2022 with the goal of helping the greater Farmington region achieve better health through chiropractic care.  We strive to help people of all ages live a healthier, active, and wellness-based lifestyle for the rest of your years!

​We offer our patients a wide range of adjustment techniques that are clinically derived for each individual.  No two spines are exactly the same so no two adjustments should be the exactly same.  Here at One Spine At A Time, we pride ourselves in giving the best chiropractic care while providing the highest level of professionalism to each and every patient. 

Meet the doctor

Dr. Wade Federspiel, D.C.
Originally from Michigan, Dr. Wade achieved his bachelors of science degree from Grand Valley State University in 2008.  After graduation, he moved south to Atlanta, Georgia where he attended the prestigious Life University where he graduated with his Doctorate of Chiropractic degree in 2012.  He is board certified by the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has been practicing in Connecticut for the last 10 years.  
In his downtime, he enjoys woodworking, spending time with his wife Nadya, and kids, and doing projects around the house.
